Working on the series The Craftsmen’s Dinner has given me the opportunity to learn more about the life of two-Michelin-star chef Michel Roux Jr. Together with the crew, Michel and I spent time at The Balvenie distillery in Scotland exploring the craft behind The Balvenie whisky. Michel wanted to create a new dinner menu to celebrate the whisky and, over the course of filming, both Michel and I became more and more inspired by the whisky, its ingredients and the craftsmen who make it. A modern four-episode web series, which is scheduled for release in late 2018.
