I worked with BBC StoryWorks to produce a series of short documentaries to promote Abu Dhabi, the arts hot spot within the Emirates. There’s a whole new generation of artists and creative people flourishing in Abu Dhabi and among them were our stars: a leading sculptor, photographer and the world leading architect Raphael Vinoly.

All of these people had to have a great story and genuinely have added to the development of their state so our initial research was key here. We filmed with a small crew as we took these artists outside of their studio environment to places that were linked to their personality, highlighting the beauty and opportunity in Abu Dhabi. The series was shown on the BBC World channels.
