Founded in 1846, dairy company Hood has a strong heritage and their milk and sour cream are iconic products in the US. With the company only producing one campaign every five years, the challenge was to find a way to stand out, with a TV commercial that would bring families together around the dinner table. Together with the agency BrandContent Boston we decided on a human approach, to make the film as natural and real as possible. I avoided using the word ‘action’ and, instead, simply brought the family to the table. Once everything and everyone was in position, we walked around with the camera finding the most natural and unique moments to shoot. It was a pure joy to film!
